How do you all feel about going back to school? I’m a bit nervous because I still have a lot of work to do on the dissertation, but I’m kind of excited about going back to work full time. I like that I’ll get to know ALL the sixers, rather than only 2/3 of them.
I’m going to a movie at Bear’s Place with some pals this evening. Any movie recommendations??
Hey Kiddos, I just got home from Montreal and I read in the paper today that 3 writers in our class won honors in the Be Beautiful Bloomington Poetry Contest. Lilly won first place. Allie and Tomas won honorable mentions. Hoorah. Congrats! Entries are displayed in the courthouse. I hope to get by there this week to check them out. The summer’s tumbling by. I’m glad I’m going to be home for awhile. The travelling’s been fun, but now I just want to “chillax.”
Greetings Sevvies, I’m back from France and am enjoying a week of fun in our great town. I’ve been working hard on my dissertation this week. I’m also visiting with friends. Next week I’m going to Montreal, but just for six days. I’ve never been there before so I’m excited.
